This role involves facilitating various learning courses, including code of conduct training, animal well-being training, lockout/tagout, and forklift training support. Additionally, the Learning Specialist will support the delivery of leadership development programs and skills training for plant Team Members, as well as provide support for the Upward Academy initiative.
