About this role
Job Details: This position is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to contract producers caring for company-owned birds to ensure proper flock health, welfare, comfort, and performance. The role serves as a key liaison between producers and company operations, offering guidance on poultry management practices, facility requirements, equipment operation, biosecurity, and regulatory compliance. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM , with occasional rotating weekends and holidays as needed . Note: Candidates must have no disciplinary actions within the last six months.
