Embed pharmacy strategy objectives into portfolio planning and execution to strengthen pharmacy performance and access. Ensure strong alignment across Commercial, Medical, Value & Access, and Supply Chain to deliver portfolio outcomes. Ensure robust governance, compliance, and decision‑making for portfolio investments and activities.
