Job Summary: Assist the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach in the duties and responsibilities of operating Division I Lacrosse Program. Essential Functions: 25% Work with numerous departments within athletics to help promote and support your program and student-athletes. 20% Ensure departmental compliance with NCAA guidelines. 20% Support the coaching efforts during competitive lacrosse matches. 15% Attend practices and workouts to assist with the training and preparation of student athletes for competition. 10% Support the public relations initiatives of the department while maintaining positive relationships with alumni, students, and parents.
