About this role

The Senior Director, Program Management will fill a key role within Asurion’s Retail organization. This position will be the leading authority responsible for managing a Fortune 20 company’s underwriting performance. Candidate will develop and lead our claims reserving strategy, conduct forecasting and variance analysis, manage risks, drive optimization, and partner internally to ensure that Asurion provides the most competitive claims experience. Candidate will also form critical trust-based relationships with our Client to drive understanding of performance as well as key trade-offs across costs and experience.
