Job Description: Hai Hospitality (Uchi, Uchiko, and Uchiba) is accepting applications for Sushi Chef ! If you're passionate about exceptional ingredients, precise technique, and continuously refining your craft, we'd love to meet you. At Uchibā, you'll join an award-winning restaurant group where learning never stops, quality comes first, and talented chefs build long-term careers. Professional sushi experience is strongly preferred. Compensation & Sign-On Bonus Our Sushi Chefs earn an average of $25 per hour (hourly base wage + tips). Now offering a $1,250 Sign-On Bonus!
