Job Description: Hai Hospitality is accepting applications for Sushi Prep Cooks . This is a full-time, entry-level position intended to offer the foundational experience necessary to become a sushi chef! We are committed to promoting almost exclusively from within, and to providing training and guidance along the way. As a Sushi Prep Cook, you will be responsible for production of ingredients and setting the sushi line up for success.
