Position Summary: The Personal Income Tax (PIT) Officer is responsible for managing all Personal Income Tax (PIT) administration activities to ensure full compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations. The role oversees end-to-end PIT processes, including tax registration, dependent registration, payroll tax validation, PIT declaration, tax payment, annual tax finalization, employee consultation and liaison with tax authorities. The position works closely with the Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Payroll and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely tax withholding, reporting and statutory compliance. The position is assigned to support the Sr. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Officer to handle payroll, insurance when needed.…
