Job Summary The HR Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the human resource and employment related activities. Pay Rate: $26 - $30/hour depending on level of experience Principle Duties and Responsibilities Maintains employee personnel records Coordinates use of temporary employees Manages the time attendance system Assists employees with paperwork, online systems, claim processes, etc. related to benefits, employee demographics, disabilities, FMLA, pay, etc. Performs duties related to recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, orientation, ongoing training, etc. Processes new hire paperwork, forms, etc. and ensures proper maintenance of forms Helps process performance reviews, employment change forms, etc.…
