Principle Duties and Responsibilities: The Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for processing, tracking, and administrative duties pertaining to sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of raw materials, components and services needed for production, ensuring timely delivery, costs efficiency and quality compliance. On occasional basis, maintain direct customer contact to assist in resolving issues and driving sales opportunities. Responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining the overall inventory level. Maintains frequent communications with suppliers/providers and management to ensure efficiencies in information gathering. Monitor inventory levels and create and track purchase orders.
