Job Summary The Sales Trainee is responsible for learning Company products, policies, and procedures, and performs basic sales and customer service activities. Works under close direction of the Regional Sales Manager; little discretion and judgment on work priority; and a small degree of creativity is expected. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Understands and applies business math to manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Assists in production activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of operational procedures. Develops a thorough knowledge of UFPI-utilized Business Systems, applications, and sales tools. Enters orders in systems accurately and efficiently. Prepares detailed reports as required by supervisors and management.…
