Job Summary The Wire Harness Builder assembles electrical wire harnesses using hand tools, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment. This position requires the ability to interpret work instructions, maintain high quality standards, and meet production schedules while ensuring safe work practices. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Assemble wire harnesses according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Route wires through fixtures and retainers following specified layouts. Verify wire colors, gauges, lengths, and connector locations. Perform crimping, stripping, terminating, and connector insertion as required. Conduct visual inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met.…
