Senior Tax Accountant Ultradent, a 47-year-old global company, is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to support our domestic and international tax functions. This position will coordinate the preparation and filing of consolidated income tax returns, quarterly estimated tax payments, extensions, and the consolidated income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740. The Senior Tax Accountant will also support sales and use tax, value-added tax (VAT), property tax, and other business tax obligations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical tax knowledge with careful analysis, sound judgment, and an interest in improving processes.
