Job Description Summary Organization's Summary Statement: The Department of Residential Facilities is responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping services for the College Park Campus' 70+ residence halls, Greek chapter houses, and recreational facilities encompassing over 2.7 million square feet. The department employs over 300 exempt, non-exempt, and student staff. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Associate Director of Financial Services is responsible for managing internal business operations, internal/external budgetary, and fiscal management requirements of the Department. Responsibilities include oversight and compliance for internal procurement, payroll, accounting processes and procedures. The current annual budget is in excess of $70 million dollars.…
