Department Summary: The IT Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for establishing, standardizing, and governing best practices for IT project management across the organization. This includes developing and maintaining comprehensive policies and procedures that guide all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure consistent, on-time, and within-budget delivery. Additionally, the PMO defines formal methodologies for resource allocation and the measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and alignment with strategic objectives.…
