Job Description Summary Organization's Summary Statement: The Department of Athletics at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore invites resumes for a full-time, twelve-month, contractual position with limited benefits. The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach provides support to the Head Coach in all aspects of developing and maintaining a competitive NCAA Division I sports program. Salary: $44,948 - $48,000 Benefits: Benefits other than leave are subject to change by action of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, the University System of Maryland, or the State of Maryland.
