Job Description Summary Organization's Summary Statement: The University of Maryland Eastern Shore seeks a 12-month, full-time, professional live-in Resident Director (RD). The RD reports to the Associate Director of Residence Life (ADRL)and will recruit, select, train, and supervise a team of talented student Resident/Senior Resident Assistants and maintain direct responsibility for 150 – 400 residents.
