Site Support Specialist UMGC Asia Location: Kadena Air Base, Okinawa Overseas Contingent III, Part-Time, 75% FTE, Grade 002 SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Provide on-site presence to support classes offered by all universities on base. Open and secure building entrances and classrooms. Responsible for setting-up UMGC live streaming (LS) equipment prior to LS classes, serving as first-level trouble shooting technical support and coordination with Technical Support to immediately respond to LS issues, and securing LS equipment at the end of class meetings.
