About this role

University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant to join our Cardiovascular Genetics practice at the M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center in Minneapolis. In This Role, You Will: Work in the ambulatory space to p rovide comprehensive, longitudinal ambulatory care for adults with inherited or suspected genetic cardiovascular conditions, including cardiomyopathies, inherited arrhythmia syndromes, aortopathies, and other heritable cardiovascular diseases. Perform new and follow-up patient evaluations, including comprehensive histories, physical assessments, review of diagnostic testing, and development of individualized plans of care in collaboration with the Cardiovascular Genetics team.…
