Job Description We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the MHealth Fairview Neurology team. This is an outpatient role and will be practiced primarily at the CSC and the Maple Grove Clinic locations. The APP will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care to individuals with complex neuromuscular disorders, working collaboratively with neurologists, multidisciplinary specialists, and allied health professionals. Practice Details: Outpatient neuromuscular care — Conduct comprehensive evaluations, follow‑up visits, and longitudinal management for patients with conditions such as ALS, myasthenia gravis, muscular dystrophies, peripheral neuropathies, and motor neuron diseases.…
