Department School of Nursing Compensation $55,000.00 Annual General Description / Primary Purpose: The Nursing Student Success Coach leads efforts in NCLEX-RN preparation and identifies students at risk to implement targeted remediation strategies in collaboration with SON Director, Assistant Director, and faculty. Job Functions: Student Support & Retention Provide individualized academic coaching and support to nursing students. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes student engagement and well-being. Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and support services to ensure comprehensive academic support.
