The UFS R&D team in Hive is driving project delivery for different food technologies for the professional kitchen, as used in soups, seasonings, sauces, meal applications, mayonnaise and dressings. The small team of specification and labeling technologists drives the delivery of the UFS Digital and Data related topics in close cooperation with other colleagues within UFS local, regional or global teams.…
