About this role
Key Responsibilities Lead onsite and remote IT support during the go-live period of the warehouse opening. Oversee and maintain Windows, Active Directory, and Azure AD environments, ensuring security best practices are followed. Manage device setup, patching, and software deployment using SCCM, InTune, and Auto Patch. Respond rapidly to incidents and service requests, prioritising security and operational continuity. Monitor and remediate security vulnerabilities, working closely with security operations teams. Document IT infrastructure, changes, incident resolutions, and security actions. Collaborate with warehouse staff, the wider IT and security teams and vendors to resolve technical and security issues.
