About this role

What success looks like in this role: Provides onsite technical support and hardware repair services across Sydney CBD area. Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs laptops, desktops, and related IT hardware. Replaces hardware components including motherboards, screens, keyboards, batteries, SSDs, memory, and other field-replaceable parts. Performs hardware diagnostics, BIOS and firmware updates, system testing, and validation activities. Manages assigned service calls, parts inventory, schedules, and travel requirements efficiently. Completes service documentation accurately and within required timeframes. Works independently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.…
