What success looks like in this role: Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying software, managing updates, and ensuring compliance for end-user devices (Windows) using Microsoft Intune and related Microsoft Endpoint Management (MEM) tools. The role will involve troubleshooting infrastructure and client issues, managing device compliance, and optimizing deployment workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Custom reporting , system upgrades , and exploring new features within Intune are essential parts of the position.
