What success looks like in this role: Role Summary Installs, repairs, and provides technical maintenance for PC products and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations. Ensures systems operate as designed, perform upgrades and maintenance as required, collaborate with technical teams, schedules services, completes administrative activities, and works directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of product functionality. Great Customer Service Skills are required. Key Responsibilities Provides the full range of field engineering support for an assigned base of large and/or complex clients.
