About this role

What success looks like in this role: Monitor and troubleshoot Network Infrastructure within the guidelines of Incident Management (Return-to-Service), Problem Management (Reason for Outage) and Change management. Perform fault isolation and resolution in a methodical and thorough manner in accordance with SLA. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including patches, hot fixes, and security configuration. Continuously explore the opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and share the best practices across all the teams. Ability to administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, routers, switches, WLAN controllers. Remotely support customers and/or onsite technicians test and turn-ups of WAN and LAN equipment.…
