About this role

What success looks like in this role: Experience in computer hardware repair, field services, desktop support, or technical support environments. Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills across laptop, desktop, and enterprise hardware platforms. Experience performing break/fix maintenance on enterprise-class hardware, including servers, storage devices, desktop PCs, notebooks, and peripheral equipment. Experience replacing and upgrading hardware components such as motherboards, power supplies, memory, storage devices, processors, screens, batteries, keyboards, SSDs, and other field-replaceable units. Basic knowledge of server hardware diagnostics, RAID configurations, firmware updates, and component replacement procedures.…
