About this role

What success looks like in this role: We are looking for a Software Application Engineer to support and enhance Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-hosted applications. In this role, you will independently troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous service improvement while working closely with technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities Support Dynamics 365 Commerce, CRM, and Case Management applications. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and integration issues. Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution across teams. Support Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure-hosted environments.…
