What success looks like in this role: This Technical Field Engineer ensures that our federal government client’s systems stay secure, reliable, and mission-ready through expert on‑site technical support and strong client engagement. The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.
