What success looks like in this role: Brinda el portafolio completo de soporte de Ingeniería de Campo para una cartera asignada de clientes grandes y/o complejos. Asume la responsabilidad total de las actividades de servicio realizadas en sitio. Ejecuta mantenimiento de nivel avanzado en todos los productos, incluyendo actividades de instalación de baja complejidad. Proporciona retroalimentación técnica sobre equipos, sistemas y procesos con el fin de mejorar la prestación general del servicio. Utiliza herramientas avanzadas y conocimientos técnicos especializados para resolver problemas de los clientes y realizar instalaciones programadas.
