Clinical Risk & Safety Manager

The Clinical Risk & Safety Manager is responsible for the implementation, administration and on-going management of clinical risk and patient safety programs designed to support a culture of safety and organizational risk reduction. This role partners closely with clinical, operational, quality, legal, compliance, Human Resources, and medical leadership teams to identify, investigate, trend, and mitigate patient safety events, clinical risks, complaints, and adverse incidents.
