ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Accountable for performance improvement activities through orientation, education, quality control and planning. Accountable to the Director for overall work performance. Assists the Director with the operations of assigned areas (budget, regulatory compliance, and resource utilization).
