The People function at TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Senior Analyst, Leave & Benefits to join our team. The Senior Analyst, Leave & Benefits serves as the primary administrator for the Company's leave of absence and accommodation programs while providing operational support for the Company's health, retirement, and wellbeing programs. Reporting to the Director, Benefits, this role partners closely with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, HR Operations, and the Company's leave administration vendor to ensure timely, compliant, and employee-focused administration of leave and accommodation cases.…
