Job Description : Job Summary Responsible for conducting ongoing surveillance and interpretation of patients’ cardiac rhythms while on cardiac monitors. Notifies RNs and clinicians immediately of any changes in cardiac rhythms. Delivers telemetry to nursing units and performs initial monitor hook-up and discharge. Prepares patients and provides teaching related to cardiac monitoring. Ensures accurate documentation and supports patient safety.…
