Job Summary The F&B Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, handling customer inquiries, and supporting daily restaurant operations while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend food and beverage options. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
