Job Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, and other paid media platforms. Own, manage and monitor media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI. Evaluate campaign profitability and prepare budget recommendations for future initiatives. Design and implement performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. Track and analyze campaign performance, including key KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and CAC. Execute A/B testing and conversion experiments to optimize creatives, audiences, and funnels. Collaborate with the Customer Retention Management teams to develop customer segmentation strategies.…
