ÜBER DEINE STELLE Als Innovation Analyst (m/w/d) bei UPSTART steht der Kundennutzen an deiner ersten Stelle. Du kontrollierst bei der Produktentwicklung stetig, dass die Kundenanforderungen erfüllt werden. Dafür arbeitest du in engem Kontakt mit einem Innovationsteam und gestaltest beziehungsweise optimierst das Arbeitsumfeld deines Teams. DEINE AUFGABEN Du recherchierst und analysierst das Innovationsumfeld. Du ermittelst die Kundenanforderungen und bist dafür verantwortlich, dass diese erfüllt werden. Du hast die Marktentwicklung stetig im Blick und sie dient als deine Entscheidungsgrundlage. Du förderst stetig neue Ideen und entwirfst somit neue Projekte.…
