Job Description Graduate Assistant – Women’s Lacrosse (Equipment & Operations) The Graduate Assistant for Women’s Lacrosse supports the daily operations of the program with a primary focus on equipment management, logistics, and administrative coordination. This position assists coaches and student-athletes by ensuring practice, competition, and travel operations run efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage and distribute team equipment, apparel, and supplies; maintain inventory and coordinate ordering and replacement needs. Set up and break down practice and game-day equipment. Assist with home game operations, including field preparation and coordination with athletics staff.
