Als Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) bei Urlaubstracker übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere Paid-Media- und Lead-Generation-Strategie – von der Idee über das Setup bis hin zur Skalierung. Du verbindest Performance-Know-how mit Experimentierfreude und nutzt moderne AI-Tools, um Prozesse zu automatisieren, Ad-Creatives zu testen und Budgets maximal effizient einzusetzen. Verantwortung in dieser Rolle Campaign Ownership: End-to-End-Steuerung, Skalierung und Optimierung von Performance-Kampagnen über Meta und Google Ads (SEA) sowie Erprobung neuer Kanäle (z. B.
