Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Job Description Establishes and/or implements functional business plans and technical project objectives to meet the short- and long- term goals of the organization. Manages Manufacturing Engineers engaged in analyzing and changing production/manufacturing methods, processes, products and applications to improve product/process quality, performance and profitability. Manages capacity planning, including review of assets (people, equipment, space) and planning roadmaps. Leads new product introduction (NPI) activities in coordination with R&D to ensure manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain.
