Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Controller Team. This role will be based in Bogota, Colombia . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office Account Receivable Manager is responsible for setting the AR strategy and objectives, maintaining the SOX/internal control environment and ensuring remediation of control gaps, and making final decisions on escalations. Owns KPI targets and team performance, leads hiring, performance reviews and succession planning for the AR team, and reviews significant variances in reconciliations and month‑end close.…
