Company: Marsh Description: Marsh is seeking an experienced Claims Team Leader to join our Sydney office and lead a high-performing team delivering end-to-end claims management across a portfolio of casualty and property claims. This is a hands-on leadership role for a technically strong claims professional who enjoys solving complex problems, driving performance, and being the escalation point for high-impact matters. We will count on you to: Lead and develop a small team overseeing day-to-day claims operations, workflow, and performance against agreed service levels. Manage a portfolio of complex casualty claims, including investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and achieving best outcomes.
