About this role

Company: Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This has a hybrid working arrangement that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Coordinator - Claims Service We will count on you to: Registration, Processing and Adjudication of claims within turnaround time. Compute claims settlement and verify reimbursements from insurers are correct. Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with insurers and/or outstanding information from clients. Where needed, interact with stakeholders to ensure proper execution of tasks. Prepare claims statistic report on a monthly basis. Proactively identify problems with the team or client and present solutions.…
