About this role

Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team. This role will be based in Tianjin. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to: Provide operation support to business teams in the area of Placement, Policy Servicing, and Fiduciary (Billing, Accrual, Reconciliation, Collection, and etc.). Perform operation activities according to SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements are met. Operation activities include checking supporting documents, entering data in systems, generating slips, reviewing policy documents, filing documents, communicating with brokers / insurance companies to collect and clarify information, and etc.…
