Company: Marsh Corporate Description: As a Innovation Product Owner, you will work with 3 4-person squads to build features, proofs of concept (PoCs) and applications for use by business users or technical teams. You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of innovative products and solutions within the organization. This role involves collaborating closely with engineering teams, business product management, and the broader organization to define and prioritize the backlog of PoCs, experiments, GenAI product enhancements and new products. Additionally, you will contribute to defining product strategy, vision and roadmap, ensuring that our products align with the company’s goals for innovation and growth.
