About this role

We anticipate the application window for this opening will close on - 16 Oct 2026 Responsible for software testing, validation, and trouble shoot intensive insulin management products. Responsible for performing critical analysis of field issues to identify product-specific concerns and deliver detailed issue summaries utilizing tools such as AWS CloudWatch, AWS Athena, AWS Lambda and S3, ELK (Elastic Stack), Jira, ServiceNow, Oracle, and MySQL. Utilize connectivity protocols, including Bluetooth, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) sockets, serial communication, and Wi-Fi networks, to diagnose and resolve communication issues between devices.
