What We Can Achieve Together: The NA Ag RCS Project Portfolio & Learning Manager will provide project design guidance, leadership in extracting, generating and sharing project insights, and ensure project Hub records are complete all toward improving NA Ag project portfolio impact toward goals. This position will focus on improving project design, capturing and applying lessons learned to maximize project success, ensuring portfolio impact is fully and accurately captured, and creating a culture of learning and iteration. Critical to enable that success will be creating and maintaining an insights and lessons learned database to enable project iteration and improvement over time.
