About this role
As an integral part of the Imaging services Team; the Radiologic Technologist provides support to the Department by performing diagnostic radiology procedures in a variety of clinical settings. Essential Duties Performs and/or assists with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures according to the department procedure manual. Procedures are planned and performed considering physiologic and developmental age. Review radiograph for proper positioning, technique, and identification. Demonstrates complete working knowledge of all radiographic equipment in the department and assigned clinical areas. Demonstrates correct anatomic positioning skills and uses markers appropriately. Adjusts technical factors in proportion to patient age and body part being examined while minimizing radiation.…
