The Instructor Coach (IC) provides instructional leadership and workforce development support as part of the Child Welfare Education Partnership (CWEP), collaborating with the Division for Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) to deliver high-quality pre-service and in-service training, individualized coaching, and competency-building activities for DCYF staff and supervisors.
